There are many opportunities to support refugees and asylum seekers by volunteering: from helping out at welcome lunches to hosting a refugee in your home.  Below are some of the organisations in Birmingham that are regularly welcoming new volunteers – please follow the links for more details about how to apply with each organisation.  You can also get involved by pledging support for Birmingham as a City of Sanctuary – either as an individual or as an organisation.
