Today, City of Sanctuary joined up with the Asylum Matters and the Birmingham Churches Together refugee befriending project Restore, with a stall in St Martin’s in the Bullring to draw people’s attention to the Anti-Refugee Bill. The stall will be there every afternoon between 19th October and 23rd October. There are postcards to sign, badges to wear and suggestions of actions to promote a kinder, fairer approach to refugees and challenging the Nationality and Borders Bill. (aka the Anti Refugee Bill). Thank you to St Martin’s for their hospitality.
